Well, if there was only one copy in the world.. (and lets include in this argument that you can't multiply it whatever you do)

Then I probably wouldn't pay much more than £10. Sure, what a collector's piece it'd be, but one I'd probably get killed for sooner or later :P And, it'd be mighty difficult to find people to play with online ;)

The only copy in the world.. hmm.. I'd pay £1 more than anyone else, then I'd make a billion copies of it and.. er.. well I'd keep them for myself as distributing them would be illegal.

Frankly, I doubt you ever had to deal with 'real capitalism'. Individual company policies etc hardly count as 'capitalism'.
