Landing?

Is there a trick to landing the plane to refuel and reaarm?

I tried various combinations of touching down gently and shutting off the engine but either way I end up crashing the plane

As the ingame manual says it all ;)

Pressing left/right (or "up/down" considering your key setup) simulatneously is brakes. After you know that half of the runaway is more than enough to land!

Landing is actually a lot easier in TT2 than in TT1, which is good.
Communication always fails, except by accident.

The same did I but crashed. Instead it, I have allways landed by raising nose (quickly, but not too much) when my plane is just above the field. The plane then drops down (stalls) and lands nicely and smoothly.

Btw, I have landed this way since TT1...
